Chef Brandon Harris, born and raised in NC, has 35+ years in the restaurant business.

His journey in the restaurant industry started when he went to work for his Uncles restaurant, The Wing Ranch, in 1985. He started out as a bus boy/dishwasher. Later, he joined the Midtown Sundries team in 1991 and remained there for 16 years. He has also worked at the Village Bistro in Snowshoe WV, The Albemarle Sweet Shop, and The Speedway Club. He is an Avid Hiker at Morrow Mountain and the West Virginia mountains with his pups.
