Dr. Allen Dobson

Dr. Dobson is a long-time resident and physician in Mount Pleasant. He serves as President of the restaurant in addition to leading many of the downtown historic restoration projects along with other local investors. Dr. Dobson is an experienced physician and business executive having served as President of Cabarrus Family Medicine, founding Residency Director of Cabarrus Family Medicine Residency Program, Assistant Secretary of Health for NC DHHS and of NCSU, Wake Forest University (Bowman Gray) School of Medicine and ECU Family Medicine Residency. He is a Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at UNC. Dr. Dobson has a longtime interest in the culinary arts as well as music and enjoys helping 73 & Main achieve excellence in all areas of hospitality. He is an Executive Bourbon Steward, a member of the Order of the Knights of the Vine and has enjoyed many classes at Johnson and Wales.

Jodi Stracham

Jodi Stracham is the General Manager of 73 & Main. Originally from Canton, Ohio, Jodi moved to North Carolina in 2008. She found a home in the hospitality industry at the age of 15. By the age of 19 she was a manager for a local restaurant based out of Mooresville, NC and held the keys to 3 of their 5 stores. Within her career, she has successfully coordinated training programs for the opening of four new restaurants. She has also had the opportunity to work in various types of restaurant concepts which exposed her to many versions of the restaurant industry. She greatly enjoys networking and promoting local growth as well as training and guiding her team at 73 & Main. During her personal time she takes great interest in travel and photography.

Jordan Carter

Jordan Carter is an Assistant General Manager for Guest Experience at 73 & Main. He is a native to the Mt. Pleasant area where 73 & Main is located. Prior to working in his current position he has been involved in the hospitality industry since early 2015.  He began as a bartender in the industry and started to work his way up. While attending NCSU to study Animal Science with a concentration in Sciences he learned a lot about the restaurant and beverage service industries. He is very motivated to travel and experience a diverse set of cultures around the world.

Chef Brandon Harris

Brandon Harris is from Charlotte and grew up in Greenville, SC. He has over 35 years experience in the restaurant business that started when he went to work for his Uncles restaurant, The Wing Ranch, in 1985. He started out as a bus boy/dishwasher. Later, he joined the Midtown Sundries team in 1991 and remained there for 16 years. He has also worked at the Village Bistro in Snowshoe WV, The Albemarle Sweet Shop, and The Speedway Club. He is an Avid Hiker at Morrow Mountain and the West Virginia mountains with his pups.

Becca Moran

Becca Moran is the Beverage Manager of 73 & Main. She has been involved in the restaurant industry since 2014, starting as a host and working her way through all front of house positions. She has been with the organization since the opening of 73 & Main, starting as a bartender. Originally from Midland, NC, Becca is a local and has seen the town of Mt. Pleasant grow immensely over the years. Becca is an animal lover and advocate, having many pets of her own. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and getting out to enjoy nature. 

Emily Maiers

Emily Maiers is a Guest Services manager at 73 & Main. She is from Gastonia, NC, but currently resides in Misenheimer, NC, while attending school full-time at Pfeiffer University for a major in Business Management and Leadership. Hospitality and serving have been a passion for her since she was 17 when she first started working in the restaurant industry. Outside of the restaurant and studying, Emily enjoys reading, thrifting, spending time with family, and playing golf for Pfeiffer's women's golf team.


Heather Williams

Heather Williams holds the positions of Cafe Lentz Manager, and Farm to Table Coordinator for both 73 & Main and Cafe Lentz. She is originally from Shallotte, NC and moved to the Cabarrus County area in the early 90s. She has a passion for fungi, foraging, and enjoys teaching her children about nature.  She enjoys hiking and traveling with her family and dogs.

Tiana Illuzzi

Tiana Illuzzi is from Long Island, New York, and grew up in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina. Since the age of 14, she has garnered experience in multiple fields, most notably hospitality and active living, which eventually led her to become the Café Lentz Manager. She has a passion for science and the creative arts, particularly enjoying painting and astronomy. Tiana is also very interested in real estate, having already assisted in completing renovations and management of family-owned properties.
